Jesse Will – Indigo

Recorded at Roundhead Studios in Auckland, New Zealand, Indigo was inspired by a housemate who suddenly passed away at the age of 21. The song was written while experimenting with open chord tunings, drawing from masters such as Nick Drake, and The Tallest Man on Earth. The war drum you hear throughout was also used in recording the soundtrack for ‘The Hobbit’ film series.
