It is in the years around 1994 when Christian and Andreas meet for the first time on their own,
at the end of their high school career, still being stuck between child and adult.
Very fast they discover the strong common ground in their identities: a huge polarity. A polarity
of essential yet contradictory basic human needs: fellowship, uniqueness, certainty and last uncertainty.
This common ground has since then made the friendship stronger and stronger, has let them
grow together and as individuals, has made them withstand strong winds and is the basis for
joint creativity.
It took until 2015, excluding some early adventures, until this creativity merged into the first
real attempt to write songs, to start experiments with old and new instruments, trying to find a
style that best matches with the common ground of polarities.
Why Heinz&Knurre? Nobody can really tell. This part remains ambiguous.
